These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and participation in the Getting Aisle Ready: Your Ultimate Guide to Planning Your Wedding online course (“the Course”) provided by The Aisle Agenda, operated by Candace Cox-Tuck, sole trader, ABN [insert ABN], based in South Australia (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By enrolling in the Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.Welcome to The Aisle Agenda. By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

1. Course Access
Once payment is received, you will receive access to:
-The Course videos and materials via the Ivorey platform
- Downloadable templates and resources
- Access to That’s the One planning platform
- A one-hour consultation with Candace Cox-Tuck (or a wedding planner partner)
- Membership in The Aisle Agenda Community
Access is granted for your personal, non-transferable use only. Sharing login details or course materials with others is prohibited.
2. Payment
All prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise noted. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through the Ivorey platform. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of Getting Aisle Ready and the immediate access granted to all course materials (including video lessons, downloadable templates, planning tools, platform access, consultation booking access, and community access), all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once access is provided, the course materials cannot be returned, revoked, or “unused,” and as such we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or lack of engagement with the course.
This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the course is not delivered as described, contains a major fault, or we are unable to provide access as promised, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Guarantees.
By purchasing this course, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All Course content, including but not limited to videos, text, templates, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Aisle Agenda and may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
You may download templates for your own personal wedding planning use only.
5. Consultations
Your included one-hour consultation must be booked within 18 months of your Course purchase. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments may be forfeited at our discretion.
6. Community Conduct
Access to The Aisle Agenda Community is a privilege. You agree to:

Refrain from spam, solicitation, or offensive content
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community at any time for inappropriate behaviour or breach of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Course is designed to provide general information and guidance for wedding planning. It does not constitute legal, financial, or contractual advice. Results and experiences may vary depending on personal circumstances and vendor arrangements.
While we strive to ensure accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes or vendor performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Aisle Agenda and its representatives are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the Course or reliance on its materials.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your Course enrolment.
9. Privacy
Your personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. Information shared within The Aisle Agenda Community may be visible to other members.
10. International Access
Participants outside Australia are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws regarding online purchases and digital content access.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued access to the Course after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
